Kyle Kimball is a Partner of the firm and is the head of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Insolvency division.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology, Kyle was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 1994.
Kyle has wide-ranging experience in:
- Commercial, trade practices, property and securities litigation;
- Business, personal and corporate insolvency;
- Business and asset restructuring; and
- Alternative Dispute Resolution
Kyle is a past President of the Sunshine Coast Law Association and a current member of the Insolvency Committee of the Queensland Law Society. He is also a Visiting Lecturer in Business Law and Ethics at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Kyle is a member of the Australian Institute of Management, and is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Faculty of Business at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Kyle is also a member of the Board of Montessori International College Ltd.

- Trade practices issues.
