Interview: YoYo Espresso

The Brilliant family are the owners of YoYo Espresso, a small and friendly cafe in Mooloolaba with specialty coffee & tea, delicious breakfasts, lunches, cakes & snacks. Located conveniently near the beach and shops on River Esplanade, their small team (3 family members and 2 employees) have already seen their business become a favourite among locals and tourists alike. Rosie took some time to chat with Sajen and tell us a bit more about YoYo…

Tell us a bit about your business, and the services you offer?

Yoyo Espresso is the true essence of the local café.. We do breakfast , brunch & lunch ….all cooked  fresh to order from local produce..As well as great coffee, tea and fresh juices..

It’s the “home away from home” place.

When did you start YoYo Espresso?

We started in March 2015 … A Sea change from Brisbane where we have had in the past 10 years cafes in Paddington, Red Hill & Brisbane CBD.

What are your goals for the future?

Just to be the place that gives all our customers a really great and memorable experience…
