Cathryn works closely with businesses across all stages of growth, providing strategic advice on trade marks, patents, copyright, designs and confidential information, as well as brand audits, portfolio management and international IP risk. She has deep expertise in advertising and product compliance, competition and consumer law, privacy and data protection, and online compliance issues including domain names, social media and digital trading.
