Elle Howard is the director and co-owner of All-Time Coffee Co. Alongside her partner Ben Keevil, their small team of four are taking the Gold Coast by storm with their specialty coffee and delectable range of donuts, toasties and jaffles. Since opening their doors in September, the Mermaid Beach shop has already become hugely popular, often selling out of donuts before lunch time. Elle kindly took 5 with our team to tell us a bit more…

Tell us a bit about All-Time Coffee…

We are a specialty takeaway coffee shop featuring fried Amercian donuts!

How did your business get started?

From a love of coffee! We wanted to create a place that is fast and easy (Gold Coast Highway with plenty of parking) for people on the go that want great coffee that is consistent every day.

What are your business goals?

EXPAND. Brisbane, Noosa… NYC? We can all dream, right? 🙂

Favourite holiday destination?

Sunshine Beach in sunny Queensland (where Ben grew up and lived when he met me).

Favourite local restaurant?

Mexicali in Nobbys Beach. BEST tacos and sangria!

Favourite musician or artist?

At the moment? I’m a little bit obsessed with Hayden Panettiere as Juliette Barnes on the Nashville Soundtrack, haha.
